LA Home Decor is the trading name of LAbooks Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please note that processing and dispatch times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, supplier lead times or promotional events.

Delivery times vary depending on the size of your order and the courier service required.

Small Home Décor & Accessories

Large Furniture

Made-to-Order or Special Order Items

7–21 working days, where applicable.

Some larger furniture orders are delivered by specialist furniture couriers who may contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Free UK delivery is available on medium item orders over £150.

Large Furniture

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.
