Return Policy

At LA Home Decor, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with all original packaging and tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive clear instructions on how to return your item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible. This allows us to resolve the issue quickly and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Large Furniture Returns

For larger items such as sofas, dining tables, cabinets, garden furniture and other oversized products, return arrangements may differ due to size and courier requirements.

Please contact us before arranging a return so we can provide the appropriate instructions and discuss the available return options.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EU Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
