Orders & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Small and standard home décor items are typically delivered within a few working days after dispatch.

Large furniture items such as sofas, dining tables and garden furniture are usually delivered within 5–10 working days. For larger deliveries, our specialist courier may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time slot.

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver to Mainland UK only.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to:

Scottish Highlands
Scottish Islands
Northern Ireland
Isle of Man
Isle of Wight
Channel Islands

Will I need to be home for delivery?

For larger furniture items, someone will usually need to be available to accept delivery.

For smaller items, standard courier procedures apply and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the courier.

Can you deliver upstairs or to a specific room?

If you have any specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Are your prices VAT inclusive?

Yes. All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the applicable UK rate.
