Orders & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

As our products are sourced and ordered on demand, please allow 5–15 working days for standard items and 2–4 weeks for large furniture such as sofas and corner units. We will keep you updated by email throughout the process.

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver to Mainland UK only. We are unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, or Channel Islands.

Will I need to be home for delivery?

For large furniture items, our specialist courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time slot. For smaller items, standard courier delivery applies.

Can you deliver upstairs or to a specific room?

Please contact us before ordering at admin@labooks.co.uk if you have specific delivery requirements and we will do our best to accommodate.

Products & Pricing

Are your prices VAT inclusive?

Yes — all prices displayed on our website include VAT at the current UK rate.

Are your products in stock?

Our products are sourced on demand to ensure quality and freshness of range. This means lead times are slightly longer, but you're getting a product ordered specifically for you.

Can I see products in person?

We are an online-only store. If you have questions about a specific product — dimensions, materials, colour — please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Buy Now Pay Later options including Klarna and/or Clearpay, so you can spread the cost of larger purchases.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Can I return a sofa or large furniture item?

Yes, within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first at admin@labooks.co.uk to arrange collection. Note that return shipping costs for large items may apply.
